To check spelling

  1. Determine which text elements to check. This can be done by placing a fence, setting views extents, or building a selection set. If not specified, the entire design file is checked.
  2. Load SpellCheck.

    The Quill SpellCheck dialog opens.

  3. Specify how you would like the spelling check performed and click OK.

    If any incorrect words are found during the spelling check, the Spelling dialog opens (see Spelling). An auxiliary view is opened and the element is highlighted in the design file to display the position of the unknown word.
